High-speed Bearing
A high-speed metal bearing inside the connector means the rope will never get twisted. One of the biggest drawbacks with previous generations of tethered training balls is that you have to stop every 1-2 minutes to let the rope unwind. This is because as the rope becomes more and more twisted it affects the path of the ball and your ability to control it.

A patented, low-profile anchor point in the ball is covered in soft rubber so you can safely and comfortably head the ball. This design also allows the ball to be kicked normally as a technical training ball when off tether.

Easy-Connect Technology
The patented T-Lock connector makes attaching and detaching the ball easy while also creating a very strong connection. The female portion of the lock that is located in the ball is a specially designed, low profile lock with soft rubber cover so the ball can still be used normally when detached. You can even perform headers with no concerns.

Ergonomic Design
You can comfortably and naturally hold the handle while allowing the ball to move freely in any direction you choose. With a T-shaped handle, the rope goes between your fingers. This works fine as long as the ball remains below your waist. However, for more advanced moves, that involve the ball traveling a full 360 degrees, excessive hand, wrist and arm movements are required.
